In addition to the Terms and Conditions, the legal relationships arising from the purchase of Products from the Moonway online shop shall be regulated by the legislation applicable in the Republic of Estonia.
2. Product Information
Moonway has the right to adjust prices, add additional cost, change product assortment and related information without notice.
The purpose with product images and information texts made available by Moonway is to reflect the products as much as possible. The product images may differ depending on the colour settings on your computer.
If you have any questions about any Product, including, in particular, queries regarding the size or dimensions of any Product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To order, find the items You wish to order and add them to your shopping cart. You can view the items in your shopping cart by clicking on the cart icon on the top of the web page.
You can change the quantity of items in Your shopping cart by writing the desired number in the appropriate field. If you want to delete the item from Your cart, click on the cross placed on the same line with the item.
Before proceeding with Your order, please choose the preferred delivery method.
To proceed with Your order, please click on “proceed to checkout“. Please fill in Your contact details in the required fields.
To confirm your order, click on “order and pay“. Next, a pro forma invoice will be generated and You can proceed immediately with a payment using your credit card, a bank link, paypal or by making a bank transfer. An order confirmation and a copy of Your invoice will be sent to Your email address.
Your order will be shipped after the receipt of payment.
Promo Codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Attempting to add a promo code after purchase will not be honoured.
4. Prices and Taxes
Prices are liable to change at any time.
All prices shown on the Moonway website, are including VAT, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Please note that in case of an order is shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.
Moonway has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
We have next payment methods: Apple Pay, PayPal, Debit or Credit card, Visa, MasterCard, Bank Payment (Trustly – pay from Your local bank, we have all European banks).
Also You can pay via Invoice (should contact us by email)
Your payment is handled with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. We do not store card numbers.
Moonway ships worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with delivery companies, the postal services and their partners.
When you place an order for Products through the Site, the Products will be delivered to the address you designate as the “Shipping Address” during the check-out process.
During Holiday period or sales period delivery time can be longer as usual.
7. Personal Information
Consumers have the right to cancel and return the order within 30 days from receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. If consumers use their right to send back an order they should contact Moonway in order to get an address to send the goods to. Return shipping is paid by consumer.
It is extremely important that the product is packaged in the original package in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit.

The withdrawal period of 30 days shall not apply to the following items:
- items produced taking into account the Customer's specific needs;
- breakdown or failure resulting from improper use of the appliance (failure to follow instructions for use);
- appliance that had been plugged in wrong voltage;
- broken items or items with mechanical damage (e.g. after falling);
- the appliance has undergone repairs by a technician/repair center not authorized by the manufacturer.
9. Our Refunds Policy
If you cancel your order for any Product(s) us within 30 days, we will process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days after the day on which we receive the Product(s) back. We will refund the Product price paid in full (subject to any deduction we are entitled to make due to damage to the Product(s)), but not the cost of delivery and returns. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid.
Refunds are made using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
Should Moonway or the Customer breach the present terms and cause damage to the other party, the breaching party shall be liable to the non-breaching party in the events and to the extent provided for in the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
11. Force Majeure
Moonway shall not be held liable for the damage caused or for delivery delays, if the damage or delay is caused due to circumstances Moonway could not foresee or control.
12. Product Warranty
Warranty begins on the date of purchase. Please retain a copy of your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
Warranty term: five years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the lamp itself (stands and electrical system). Other parts then the above are not covered by this warranty.
To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please contact us by email. We will provide you new details for free, shipping is paid by customer.
The Warranty does not cover:
- Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness. The manufacturer is not responsible for damages, which were obtained as a result of improper installation or use.
- Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification (the product must be repaired only by the manufacturer or its service personnel.
- any Product sold by resellers who are not authorised retailers of the Moonway.
Please contact us if you would like to check whether a given retailer is an authorised retailer;
- if the goods have been used in the extreme and unsuitable conditions for the product.
- if instructions for installation, fixing, or any changes were not observed.
- in product were used not original Moonway lights.
13. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks, pictures, videos and copyright, on the website and in the material published on it are owned by Moonway (Moonway OÜ). Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part is prohibited without the permission of Moonway.
14. Complaints Terms
It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered, you shall also contact us during 30 days.
15. Dispute Resolution
If the Customer and Moonway are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the Customer may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee.
The European Online Dispute Resolution platform ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ provides information about alternative dispute resolution which may be of interest.
